The students of Char Jabbar Degree College in Nokhali have reached peak of successfulness in this year’s HSC and equivalent examinations by overcoming different difficulties.
They also celebrated their success after the results were published recently.
This year, the pass rate of the college is 81.06 percent though the average pass rate is 71.15 percent in Cumilla Education Board.
A total of 470 examinees were supposed to appear in the HSC examinations this year but some of them could not be able to do so due to unavoidable circumstances.
Sources said those who appeared in the examinations, almost all of them passed successfully. The college has become one of the successful colleges in the education board.
Ad-hoc committee chairman of the college Al Amin Sarker, also Subarnachar Upazila Nirbahi Officer, members of the committee and people of the area are happy with the results of the college this year.
