A mobile check-post comprising independent ADA Brigade, Traffic Police and Khilkhet Police Station authorities was set up on Saturday.
The mobile check-post conducted drive against the illegal parking, driver without license, fitness-less vehicles, over speedy vehicle driving, riding motorbike without helmet and illegal license, said a press release sent by Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR).
During the drive, a total of 92 cases were filed and some Tk 2.22 lakh fined and six vehicles were seized. Besides, a case was filed against a person for peddling drug with Khilkhet Police Station.
The ISPR press release said such drive of army will remain continued to maintain rule of law and prevent illegal activities in the prevailing situation of the country.
