Kushtia Correspondent: A policeman named Mohammad Rasheduzzaman Tanmoy (45) was killed when a truck rammed into him near Kushtia Bheramara Highway. He was working in Kushtia Railway Circle Office Pakshi, whose Constable No. 322. He is the son of Md. Moniruzzaman of Refayetpur village of Daulatpur police station in Kushtia. Mr. Mizan, Officer-in-Charge of Mirpur Police Station confirmed the matter to us. According to local sources, the policeman was on his way to Kushtia at around 1.30 pm when he was hit by a truck from behind, causing a tragic accident and he was killed on the spot.
