Police exchange views with Shibganj Cattle Hat leaseholders

Faisal Azam Apu, Special Correspondent: Shibganj Police have exchanged views with the tenants of 14 cattle markets in Shibganj Upazila of Chapainawabganj. The meeting was held at the inner circle of Shibganj police station on Tuesday afternoon. The meeting was attended by the tenants of 14 cattle markets of the upazila. Shibganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge Shamsul Alam Shah spoke about the deadly coronavirus for the leaseholders. It was said in the discussion that every cattle market has to buy and sell in accordance with the government rules and regulations. The buyer and seller, including the lessee, must use a mandatory mask. Also in case of social distance, all buyers and sellers have to do frequent miking from the office room of the lessee to stay alert.
Buyers and sellers should be vigilant in making money transactions during the market. Police will be patrolling every cattle market for overall supervision. Action will be taken against the lessee if the government rules are not followed. It may be mentioned that cattle were bought and sold in 14 cattle markets of the upazila in defiance of government instructions. In this context, the Shibganj police administration held an exchange of views meeting to make the tenants of the cattle market aware.
