President of Bangla Academy and prominent writer Selina Hossain received the writer 'Shomoresh Mujumder Award 2024' yesterday.
The award was given at a programme held at National Press Club yesterday.
Shomoresh Mujumder memorial foundation and publishing house Abisker organizsed the programme.
National press club president Farida Yeasmain, General Secretary of the club Shymal Datt, daughter of Shomoresh Mujumder Doel Majumder, daughter of Sheershendu Mukhupathay Deblina Mukhupadhay, indian poet Tridib Kumar Chattapathay, poet Farid Ahmed Dulal and owner of Abisker Helwar Hassan attended at the programme.
