Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) confirmed that one dengue patient died and at least 118 others were hospitalized in the last 24 hours till Friday.
This year, the total number of cases rose to 14,804 while 92 deaths from dengue disease were reported during the period.
Currently, 1,361 dengue patients are undergoing treatment at different hospitals across the country.
