Branch managers accused FSIBL MD for money laundering

 15 thousand crores taka disappeared without bank official’s notification 

  All operations including RTGS draw to a close.
. No money to last a week.
. Branch officials fear customers' anger & attack.


Recently the MD of First Security Islami Bank held a Zoom meeting with various officials. MD was held accountable as to where the bank's 15,000 crores had disappeared. With whose help has this money been laundered? The secret video of the meeting has reached the South Asian Times.
Banking services are closed due to lack of cash. The officials highlighted the poor condition of the operation and the anger reason does against money laundering.


However, the bank managers complained that no operation could be done in the liquid money crisis for bank transactions. They want an answer as to why this situation was created by money laundering.


First Security Islami Bank is an Islamic Shariah-based bank owned by S Alam Group. Once upon a time, there was a lively transaction in this bank. But for quite some time, money was not being withdrawn even from the branch of this bank owned by S Alam.


It is heard from the conversation of the meeting, the MD official requested the employees to remain tranquil and conduct regular operations of the bank for the next two weeks.


The South Asian Times called MD Wasek Mohammad Ali oftentimes to inquire about the authenticity, but he was out of reach.


At present, the bank continues to serve its banking activities with 09 regional offices, more than 205 branches, more than 170 sub-branches, more than 246 ATMs, more than 100 agent banking outlets, more than 26 collection booths, and a strong network.
