DNCC Chief Heat Officer fled

Chief heat officer Bushra Afrin was appointed in the Dhaka North City Corporation area to minimize the heat wave of the city. Bushra Afrin is the daughter of Mayor Atiqul Islam of Dhaka North City Corporation. When she was appointed to her position the news of criticism was revealed.

DNCC authorities say that Bushra Afrin was hired by a US-based foundation (Arshot-Rock) and she was working for this foundation. The mayor's daughter Bushra was not seen publicly after the fall of the Awami League government on August 5. His activities as Chief Heat Officer have also come to a standstill. When contacted, Bushra Afrin confirmed that she is in the country and wants to start her work soon.

According to the intention of former mayor Atiqul Islam, DNCC canceled the jobs of all those who were appointed. Secretary of the organization Mohammad Masud Alam Siddiq mentioned in the office order, according to the intention of the former mayor of Dhaka North City Corporation, all the advisors, consultants, cooks, and peons appointed under the Local Government City Corporation Act, 2009 have been abandoned from August 19.

According to DNCC sources, Chief Hit Officer Bushra Afrin's appointment remains intact. Because she was not appointed by the city corporation. DNCC has an agreement to work jointly with US-based Arshot-Rock to reduce the temperature in Dhaka. The mayor's daughter Bushra Afrin worked there as the chief heat officer. Bushra does not have an office in Dhaka on behalf of Arshot-Rock.
